Jackie Brock Robinson - Project Director

Jackie Robinson Brock is a social worker and early childhood leader at the VCU Partnership for People with Disabilities. She serves as a Content Lead and Program Specialist focused on infant and early childhood mental health and systems-level support for children and families. Jackie is an endorsed Infant Mental Health Mentor (Policy) and brings over a decade of experience working directly with families in community and early care settings. She leads and supports initiatives that expand access to services, strengthen the workforce, and connect families to the resources they need.

Morgan Colleton - Project Coordinator

Morgan Colleton is a Project Coordinator at the Partnership for People with Disabilities, where she supports statewide early childhood initiatives and leads coordination for the Just Ask resource line. She holds a master’s degree in Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and brings expertise in early intervention, social-emotional development, and family-centered practices. Morgan specializes in translating complex information into clear, accessible resources and is passionate about connecting families and providers with timely, practical support through Just Ask.

Dominique Roberson

Dominique is a VCU alumna with a background in early childhood education. She is CLASS certified in Pre-K and Toddler and is a QMHP. She is also pursuing a graduate certificate in Instructional Design and Technology. She enjoys supporting children and families through everyday challenges. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 2 year old daughter and working on creative projects.

Chloe' is a Richmond native who leads with a simple belief: emerging leaders deserve adults who show up for them creatively, boldly, and with intention. As a multifaceted creative and dedicated advocate, she has built her career at the intersection of education, community, and culture, grounding her work in connection, purpose, and impact. Her experience spans early childhood through middle school education, along with nonprofit programming and community-based initiatives, allowing her to connect with students across different stages of development. Chloe’ brings a thoughtful, collaborative spirit and a deep commitment to the communities she serves.
